Jefferson March aka 'Mad Hatter'

It is an interpretation of ABC's Once Upon A Time (OUaT)'s character Jefferson (March). Yes, I gave him the last name as he didn't have one in the show and in RPs it felt weird for ALL characters in StoryBrooke to call him simply Jefferson (when clearly there are a number of them who would be more...formal).

I thought "March" was a fitting last name. If you know why, answer in comment
